Audit [file or component] for design-token compliance. Cross-reference against this token file: [paste tokens.css / tailwind.config].

Report:
1. Every hardcoded hex/rgb color that should be a token, with the closest matching token
2. Every hardcoded px value for spacing/font-size that should use the scale
3. Any component that duplicates styling logic that already exists in a shared component
4. Inconsistent border-radius or shadow usage compared to the rest of the app

Output as a checklist grouped by file, ordered by how visible/high-traffic the component is. Don't rewrite anything yet — just the audit.
