For each test case provide: Test ID, Title, Preconditions, Steps, Expected Result, Priority (P0-P3), and which requirement it traces back to.

Cover, in order of priority:
1. Happy path (the feature works as intended)
2. Negative/error paths (invalid input, unauthorized access, missing preconditions)
3. Boundary and edge cases
4. Data integrity (does this leave the system in a consistent state if interrupted halfway)
5. Regression risk (what existing functionality could this change break)

Output as a markdown table, sorted by priority. Flag any requirement in the spec that's too ambiguous to write a confident test case for.
