Check specifically for:
- Missing alt text, or alt text that's just the filename
- Color contrast issues (text vs background, especially for muted/secondary text)
- Keyboard navigability — can every interactive element be reached and activated via Tab/Enter/Space alone
- Missing ARIA labels on icon-only buttons
- Form inputs without associated labels
- Focus states that are invisible or removed (outline: none with no replacement)
- Heading hierarchy (h1→h2→h3 skipped or duplicated)

Output as a table: Issue | Location | WCAG criterion violated | Fix. Prioritize anything that would block a screen-reader user from completing the core task.
