Decision Doc (RFC) Writer
Amazon/Stripe-style decision doc with genuinely comparable options, a 'do nothing' baseline, and one-way vs two-way door reversibility analysis.

Help me write a decision doc (RFC) for: [decision to be made, e.g. "should we migrate from X to Y"]. Structure: 1. Context — why this decision needs to be made now 2. Options considered (at least 2, including "do nothing" as a baseline) — for each: what it is, pros, cons, rough cost/effort 3. Recommendation — clearly labeled as a recommendation, with the reasoning that led there 4. What we're explicitly NOT deciding here (scope boundary) 5. Reversibility — is this a one-way or two-way door decision, and how does that affect how much analysis is warranted 6. Who needs to sign off, and what would change the recommendation Keep options genuinely comparable (same level of detail each) rather than obviously stacking the deck for the recommended one.
